What do you mean by Multilingual voices?
Some Pro voices can speak multiple languages. Some voices can speak 91 languages while some speak 56 languages. 

What voices are available in the API plan?
All the voices that free users can use are also included in the API plan.

What does 100 parallel requests mean?
We can handle up to 100 requests at the same time.
If more than 100 requests come in, the extra ones will wait in a queue until it’s their turn
